The CD contains a collection of the music themes from all the seven movies by Ferzan Ozpetek, in chronological order. So from the first movie HAMAM IL BAGNO TURCO to his latest effort of this year UN GIORNO PERFETTO, also including music from LE FATE IGNORANTI and LA FINESTRA DI FRONTE.
The original scores are by Pivio - De Scalzi, Andrea Guerra and Neffa.
Also featured the songs written by the composers for the movies and sung by GIORGIA - Gocce di memoria, ANTONELLA RUGGIERO - Il sole al nadir, ROSIE WIEDERKEHR - Istanbul uyurken, YASERMIN SANNINO - Birdembire, ERMANNO GIOVE

The original CDs issues at the time of the movies' original releases had always very good sales.
This compilation will be officially presented at MOMA of New York from the 4 to the 12 december, where Ferzan Ozpetek has been invited as guest in the exhibition “Filmmaker in Focus” organized by Jytte Jensen, Dipartment of film and by Cinecittà Holding, Rome. For this event, the seven movies shall be screened with new.
